When you contract with Southern Exposure's Design/Build program, you participate in the selection of many of the features for your home. You may choose to proceed with our standard SILVER features (shown above) with or without options, or you may wish to start with our upgraded GOLD standard features as shown below. In either case, you will be quoted in advance for the entire project based upon your choices. There are never any "surprises" when you deal with Southern Exposure Construction, Inc.
